Our services are governed by a separate written Property Management Agreement executed between DoryAngel LLC and each client. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed Property Management Agreement, the Property Management Agreement shall control.
We reserve the right to refuse service, modify our service offerings, or terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms of the applicable Property Management Agreement.
Service fees are set forth in your Property Management Agreement. DoryAngel LLC reserves the right to update its standard fee schedule with reasonable advance notice. All fees are subject to applicable New York State and local taxes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DoryAngel LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to DoryAngel LLC in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DoryAngel LLC and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of our services.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of DoryAngel LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without our express written permission.
