Licensing Status

DoryAngel LLC is a property management and real estate administration company registered in the State of New York. We provide management, coordination, and administrative services for residential and commercial property owners.

DoryAngel LLC is not a licensed real estate broker or salesperson under Article 12-A of the New York Real Estate License Law. We do not engage in any activity that requires a real estate brokerage license, including but not limited to:

• Negotiating or executing real estate purchase or sale contracts on behalf of others for compensation.
• Listing properties for sale on the open market as a broker.
• Acting as a buyer's or seller's agent in real estate transactions.

All activities requiring a real estate brokerage license are handled exclusively by our licensed broker partners or directly by the property owner.

Rental Leasing

In New York, property management companies may lease and rent properties and collect rents on behalf of owners without a broker's license, provided they act as the direct agent of the property owner and not as a licensed broker. DoryAngel LLC operates within these legal parameters.
